Stoner rock served with hard rock and grunge influences with a pinch of rock and roll and punk attitude.
This is Riot in the Attic.
A multicultural band with migrant backgrounds, three outcasts, ultimately from Spain, Mexico and Belgium
who strangely enough met in Germany, never fitting in people who share a love for
loud rock music and never let themselves be pigeonholed.
The band’s story began in Cologne, Germany in 2015.
Broke and rocked out but with a lot of love for detail, they improvised and put everything they could into
the band’s first EP to get out of the rehearsal room and conquer the stages of the world.
This is not a story of a one-hit wonder, this is not the story of a band that got its money from rich parents,
this is not a story of a band selling out to be heard and sounding like 10.000 others.
This is the story of Riot in the Attic.
A band that has managed to rise from the dirt and lives every second of its music.
As years passed by, musicians came and musicians went back to their bourgeois lives but singer,
guitarist and songwriter Dan stayed on his path and made Riot in the Attic his project, his child, his soul.
2 EPs, 3 albums, international shows and almost 1,000,000 streams later, nothing has changed in the
direction and passion of Riot in the Attic. With high-energy, loud and sweat-inducing live performances
that incite headbanging, mosh pits and all kinds of weird dancing, they have been making a name for
themselves throughout Europe for almost 10 years now.
Even the band’s strongest critics are getting more and more silent, because you can say a lot of things
about this band, but you can’t say that they don’t walk their own path…
